We have been miles away from home when the airline we were booked on to return home went bankrupt, we didn't know BUT our travel agent knew and rebooked us on another flight, that's beyond the call of duty. I have also dealt with Walnut Grove on a business basis, they have helped put together trips we used as prizes in our restaurant openings, and found their prices fair and the winners were pleased on the way they were handled when they called to organize their trips. The agents at Walnut Grove are now our friends and they love us to share our experiences with them, this is also another way they learn about locations other clients would enjoy.
